How do I add an item to my wishlist?

When will I receive my order?
Order processing times are on every product page. Check the product page of the item(s) you are purchasing for order processing and shipping times. You can also reach out to the designer directly, by clicking the “Contact Us” button on the Designer shop page.
Can I cancel my order before it’s shipped?
An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
How do I track my order status?
Lucky for you we have a tracking page dedicated to your tracking needs. Go to https://afrigora.com/order-tracking to track your order.
Can I purchase multiple items from multiple designers?
Yes, you totally can! However since the Designers you have ordered from may be in different locations, you may get your items at different times.
How do I see my past order(s)?
Simply log into your account to pull up information on your past order(s).
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is the returns or exchange policy?
Return and exchange policies differ from Designer to Designer. Please refer to the returns and exchange policy of the designer you purchased from. You can find this information in the description on the product page of the item(s) you are purchasing.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Refer to the designers returns and exchange policy found in the description of any of the designer’s products.
If your desired return or exchange falls within the policy, you can follow these steps:
- Reach out to the Designer via the contact us link found on their designer shop page. If you do not hear from the Designer within 24 hours, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Work with the Designer to confirm details of delivery/re-delivery, refunds, and exchanges.
For refunds, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If you run into any issues, please reach out to email@example.com.
If the return or exchange does not fall within the policy, unfortunately the Designer will not be able to refund or exchange the item(s).
Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?
If the orders are from the same Designer, work with the Designer to discuss returns.
If the orders are from different Designers, you cannot arrange returns in same parcel. You must send each item to the appropriate designer’s location.
Please always communicate with the designer before returning items.
